It is difficult to get any customer service. I tried phone contact got a message recording. I sent an email via the contact form and never received a response.

Please fix your Website the EZ-RENEW Feature keeps Trigrering a Fail to activate message with a Button to Try Again. After a Dozen attepts Still Keeps Failing, Obviously a Design Glitch.
