We’re so sorry to hear you’ve had such a difficult time with our renewal feature! EZ-Renew is a new feature that was just added this year. Prior to that each customer received emailed notices at 120 and 90 days prior to the expiration of your policy. Unfortunately, we don’t know if those notices get caught in spam filters or if emails have changed. We are excited about our new ez-renew feature as it makes the renewal process much easier. You are enrolled in this feature for the upcoming policy period and we expect that you will have a much improved experience with renewing your policy in 2018. We appreciate your that you have been a policyholder with us since 2016. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you, or to change your mind about switching carriers. False. EZ Renew aka Autorenewal that was on the policy when I purchased it said I didn't have to do a thing. I get emails from Beauty and Bodywork but ignored them because they said if I already renewed or had autorenewal I didn't have to do anything. This failure to take responsibility for your program failure is why I am rating you as poor customer service. Your system failed. Own it.
