I did place an order with you a few weeks ago for a security post and paid for it it should have been delivered three days later it wasent so I phoned and was told it would be with me next day it wasent so thee days later I phoned again only to be told the problem would be sorted after another two days the person I spoke to said she would sort the problem out she rang me back to say that they had made a mistake at the factory and the item would be delivered the following week I then cancelled the goods and ask for my money to be returned P Munn
