Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. My understanding of your complaint was that it was linked directly with the product and that of our manufacturers feedback. As Lois explained on the phone, we are not the experts when it comes to product expectations and functionality and we do have to take advice directly from the experts. I would like to sincerely apologise for your disappointment. Lois did her utmost to resolve your issue to your satisfaction, but unfortunately this was not possible. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I would like to apologise for the lack of communication given by the telesales team. Unfortunately, we were under the impression that the replacement product was going to be with you within a couple of days so therefore did not feel the need to follow up with an additional call. We have spoken to our manufacturer and requested that they offer a clearer expectation in future. I understand that you have since spoken to a member of the telesales team who assured me that you are happy with the product received and was happy to receive the follow up call.
