I have attempted to contact you a couple of times to discuss your comments, however I have been unsuccessful I would like to apologise that you were so disappointed with our charges. Unfortunately, when non-faulty items are returned we do ask our customers to return at their own cost, then generally there is a restocking fee. All these charges are available for you to see within our terms and conditions. With regards to the lack of communication from the telesales team; I will be speaking with the supervisor as this is not something that is expected from our team.
