I feel that their Terms and Conditions are not at all customer friendly, I, along with many others, find feeling ripped off leaves a bitter taste. If the T&Cs are due to conditions imposed by their suppliers then negotiate better terms, as it seems their suppliers are also giving poor customer service. I doubt that they are the only manufacturers on the planet - do as I am doing - vote with your feet.
