Upon attempting to return my product purchase I was informed that a £40 +VAT carriage charge would be added and a 25% restocking fee as well meaning about a £12 refund on a £100 purchase

There is also the option to send the goods back at your own cost so the £40 carriage would not have been charged. Please advise if there is anything else we can help you with.
