Thank you for your feedback; Firstly, thank you for recognising the customer service, we do try very hard (even in the face of complaints) to recover as much ground for the customer as possible. I understand that as the bollards had already been fitted the issue is being resolved by the manufacturer sending out 'touch up' paint. I am sorry you felt the description on the website was misleading, however it does clearly state that this product is "made to order" and to "allow to up to 21 days for delivery".
