I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience on our web site. The pop ups that you saw were invitations to subscribe to our periodic e mail newsletters that contain offers of up to 15% off on certain selected products and are available only to the newsletter subscribers. As a gesture of Goodwill, we gave you 5% discount. There was no other offer at the time on this product. Again I would like to apologise for the misunderstanding.
