Hi Andrew, Thanks for your time today, As discussed delivery is to your door with no stairs or access issues. We do have this on our website but I understand things can be missed. We can offer a service where we come into your house and unpack the item but we would obviously have to charge more than $9.95. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused
