Geo was great, answered all my questions and always responsive to my emails. Also, very patient as we worked through a long process with a new COO.

German language version incomplete
In general we do like the software, but it seems that in many areas it is lacking various details and settings.
Sadly the German language version is only half-finished and the iOS app is in English...

Had potential but not living up to it so far
Attentive enough to get the the 'sale through' but completely appalling start to the implementation process to the point that i'm reviewing other options.
