Many thanks for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and can confirm that your dietary preferences were communicated to the caterer.
Whilst the menu was created with these preferences in mind, the caterers have apologised for not making the suitable options clearer on their written menu.
Thanks to this feedback, they will be more clear with their labelling in the future, and ensure that where there are specific requirements items are labelled adequately.
