Hi Collette, sorry to hear you have experienced problems with your delivery, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
I can see from the tracking that the parcel was shipped on Tuesday 31st and a delivery was attempted, at the address given, on Wednesday 1st. The parcel was collected from a 'drop shop' on Thursday 2nd.
