How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Generally OK but still some software issues

I general service was good but was irritated by - two points 1) I get 3 reminders for feedback before I even have the policy number, etc 2) when I do get the e-mail for log in I have not details to...
