We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Jess was very helpful and friendly on the telephone at the time of purchase. Unfortunately the initial email with policy etc details showed a customer number with which it was not possible to log in...
