Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very responsive and wonderful to work with. Lovely people. Would have been 5 stars if the exchange rate was reasonable. We paid in USD and the AXA rate was significantly more than our bank.
