Efficient, friendly service and advice
I dealt with an agent named Andrew who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke slowly and clearly. I had dealt earlier with another agent who spoke too fast and matter of fact.

Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this.
At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.

Too expensive and absolutely no regard given for long term customers or consistently safe drivers. You reach max no claims discount after 5 years but should keep reducing down with every year down to...

I am still waiting for my insurance disc and policy document. Payment was made and drawn down by Axa 12th Sept to commence cover 15th Sept 2016.
