Rip off
You could have knocked off the €12 of my policy and rounded it off but ye wouldn't budge and ur car insurance is extremely expensive.

Hi John,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we could not reduce the premium to €600 for you. The rate charged at €612 was the best price we could offer this year. The €83 that the Galway office reduced the premium by was the largest discount that could be applied. We do understand your frustration in relation to the price, but due to significant increases in costs across the industry all insurers have had to implement significant rate increases.

Thank you for your feedback. We can understand that you are unhappy with the increase in your car insurance premium. There are a number of factors that affect the price we are charging you. Foremost amongst these are the increasing claims costs nationwide.
While only a small number of customers claim, the cost of settling these claims affects all customers across the country. AXA, like all of our competitors, has been forced to implement large scale price increases to make sure that there are sufficient reserves in the industry to meet these risings costs.
We do understand that this is no consolation to customers who have been claim free, and we thank you for your continued custom.

better keep searching for other insurance company.
