Dear Vicki,

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you did not enjoy the  Florence in 1 day small group tour you took with us . The tour you had booked included our Original Renaissance tour featuring the main sites of Florence including the Accademia with Michelangelo David and the most important  works of art of the Uffizi Gallery . There is no mention in our literature that we will be visiting  Santa Croce church as well , that although being a  remarkable church is not included in our tour , being in a different part of Florence .

In regards to our guide talking only about architecture .

We work with  a selected team of highly qualified licensed guides of Florence , all with art and history backgrounds - We have been working with the same team for over a decade now and I find it hard to believe that the all tour was only about architecture without delivering historical and artistic information as well -

In spite of what I have just said , we are of course always deeply  sorry when we can not meet the appreciation  from all of our guests.

We always take into great considerations both positive and negative feedbacks and in regards to negative feedbacks, if they are constructive, they can certainly help in understanding some aspects of the business .

In this case though  the negative feedback was about areas of the city/monuments that are not included in our literature and  commentary of our guide  being only about architecture , which can not be true , if for no other reasons , because the tour included also the  Uffizi gallery and discussion about the most famous works of art by Florentine Renaissance painters - Again and in spite of what said we are always sorry when clients are not satisfied with our tours , but on the other hand we need also to evaluate the reasons of their dissatisfaction  and based on this, we need to  make our own personal considerations .
