Dear Seiichi, Thank you for your feedback on our Small group Hill Towns of Veneto day tour from Venice. We understand that the overall tour was fine and we hope you enjoyed your time with our local expert English-speaking driver guide. The tour covers some of the most characteristics towns on the hills just a couple of hours far from Venice, that is Bassano del Grappa, Asolo, Marostica, and also it includes the visit of a wonderful Palladian Villa and a wine tasting of the famous sparkling wine named Prosecco. We try to include all the must-seen places of the area so you can have a good knowledge of it. We are pretty flexible to customize a private day trip focusing on the areas/towns you will want to visit during your future trip to Italy. Looking forward to welcoming you on our tours soon, best wishes Marianna / sales dept.

Dear Danyel,

First of all I’m sorry for not having got back to you earlier , but I was just back a few days ago from my summer break -I’ve read with great attention to your in depth feedback and although I’m most happy that the Package met your expectations , I’m very sorry that you had not such a   good experience with Aleksandra , from our sales team –I’ve read through all correspondence between you and Aleksandra and I must admit that in this case , on some occasions , Aleksandra should have had a different approach  – I’ve gone through the various phases of the sale with her, to understand and make her understand where and why the friction arose and caused your bad feelings about working with her  – I must though spend some words of praise about Aleksandra , that has been  within our sales team for a few years now and have trained most of the sales team working for Avventure Bellissime – Aleksandra is a key person within Avventure Bellissime and she’s  very proud of working for a company  whose asset and mission is to give clients the right attention and care in creating their vacation  to our country – We aim to offer our clients the best possible experience they can have and in fact , thanks also to the network of staff and guides throughout Italy , we score a very high level of positive feedbacks from clients that have travelled with us through the years – And Aleksandra , with her dedication to work and professionalism is a key person that has helped Avventure Bellissime in gaining a good reputation in delivering  clients stress free and enjoyable vacations to our country – This said , and I felt I had to do it for Aleksandra ( being her presence within Avventure Bellissime very important ) ,  I’m also ready to take on constructive critics like yours  and I want you to be reassured that  what you wrote gave me the opportunity to discuss and reiterate a few key points I believe in as well and that are in line with yours.

Sincerely, Monica

Director

Dear Brian, thank you so much for your positive feedback about the private tour. We have already forwarded your comments to our guide Giorgia and she was very grateful for appreciating her efforts and dedication. We are very pleased the tour was a success despite the not so fortunate weather conditions. We will be happy to welcome you on our tours again in the future. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you had a nice experience with our customer service!

Thank you for your comments. The tour includes ghost stories and local legends and operates with an English speaking guide. On the day of the tour we had two guides and two groups. Both guides: Cristina and Kristina are extremely knowledgeable and very patient with the customers and have been with our company since the begining. You will find a lot of positive reviews about them online. Your feedback seems very surprising - given how these guides work it seems very unlikely any of them would have acted as indifferent towards a customer. Presumably as you have pointed out you scheduled a tour on the same day as your incoming flight, probably you were coming from overseas and the jet-leg did not allow you to enjoy the tour fully though this is hardly the guide's fault the same as the peak season and crowds in Venice. Perhaps consider traveling in lower season - Venice will seems less touristy during that time. thank you for your feedback.
