Thank you for your feedback, we will certainly forward your comments to all the guides that accompanied you on the three tour portions. Our meeting point is located at the entrance to the Royal Garden, mere 100m from St Mark's square, on the waterfront so it's a very central and easy to find location. Our meeting assistant for the walking tours is there with a sign with tour name and company logo on it, usually they arrive at least 10 min earlier to check all participants in. From what we can see you managed to locate the place successfully. Thank you for booking with us!
