Dear Client ,I read with great attention to your feedback and was very surprised by its content –To help me understand why and how this happened ( driver that did not speak English especially ) and Bus with seats backward etc , please get back to me with the date in which you took the tour as I want to verify what happened .We’ve been operating our small group Day tour to The dolomites for 15 years more or less and all our driver-guides speak English and possess good knowledge of the area . When reading this comment I felt like this one does not belong to us , but of course I need to verify and to do that I need your full name and also the date you took the tour .Thank you for your cooperation as our aim is always to provide an excellent experience to Avventure Bellissime clients – Look forward to hearing from you Monica General Manager

Thank you for your feedback - Cristina is one of our most expert guides in Venice! Of course now that the days are longer it doesn't get dark immediately but definitely the tour allows you to see the less known parts of Venice and learn about local ghost and legends stories. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for the 5-star review - we are very pleased your shore excursion was an excellent experience and we will certainly forward your comments to Francesca and your Rome driver. We hope you learnt a lot of interesting facts about Rome and we thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback. We have been experiencing an usual heat wave these past days - unfortunately we can't control the weather. Our guides normally try to conduct tours as much in the shade as possible. We are open to any suggestions in regards to tour contents if you believe improvements are needed.
