Thank you for your feedback! I am happy to read the tour was fun and spooky and you liked guide's personality. Indeed she is perfect for this tour and very engaging. It seems that when submitting the booking on our website, perhaps accidently, you selected the wrong tour date and later didn't check the tour date on the voucher. Luckily we had last minute no shows and could accommodate you. Thank you for yout booking, I am glad you enjoyed the tour!

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! I am very happy your Italian holiday was amazing and you are satisfied with the arrangements we provided. I understand all guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their cities and I will be happy to forward your comments to them as well as ro our driver-guides Poalo and Leonardo. I am sorry if the driver in Florence was silent, I guess he is just not a very talkative person. At times the canals in Venice may be blocked by traffic, this is beyond our water-taxi driver's control but I am glad you arrived on time at the station all the same. Overall I see you had a great time here in Italy and if you ever plan to visit again please contact me to arrange new tours and services. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!

We learned so much about the Colosseum and Ancient Rome- the history came alive with the overlay books that Francesca had in her bag.
