We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Only sent disc for one month and when queried was told we had to send copies of driving licences to get year disc that we paid for-didn't mention this when buying insurance!
