Dear customer: We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with our booking system, but we think must have been a confussion: firstly, we want to make it clear our prices are not per kilometers, but by areas. Secondly, we have checked our registers, and you are correct, your journey was of 35 minutes (43km to be exact), but the address field in your booking does not suggest the distance from the airport but the kilometric point where your destination is placed in the road (you can check it out on Google Maps, for example, from where our system retrieve the data).
On the other hand we are working on a improvement for our booking system to be easiest to manage, so nobody will have this kind of problems on the future.
