The customer service were excellent - we almost didn't recieve our Disney Tickets, when I rang up to chase them up it appeared they hadn't arrived - but the lady who dealt with me was very apologetic...

Excellent customer service. Tickets arrived two days after ordering.The only downside is that I didn't get the children's meal discount card that I requested

There was a little delay in me getting my tickets but the customer relations of the lady I spoke to was excellent. No complains.
