Booking was great but as with everything Disney, not the agents fault, you lose a day at the parks because you can’t register your tickets till you get to Florida. So 14 days is effectively 12/13

Just to clarify, the tickets can be registered as soon as you have received your voucher with the confirmation number, so there’s no need to wait until you arrive in Florida. Sometimes the Disney app can experience technical issues, but registering the tickets through the desktop website usually works without any problems.
