I am very sorry to read this review. We have replied to your email a couple of times chasing the address for this voucher to be sent to. Please check your junk mail for these emails, I will also resend them to you this afternoon. Unfortunately there was no contact number on the order so we have been unable to call you regarding this.

I have checked every email and all folders there are a total of 4 emails from yourselves. The enforced account set up confirmation (a personal high dislike), confirmation of purchase, a feedback request and this response. I will try calling, but failing my review of you failed services is again a very poor impression of your company?
