Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, apologies for the faulty items and that you're unhappy with the service received. We did raise a return straight away for you and offered to re-order as soon as collection was successful, unfortunately we can't ship out two orders without payment as this is standard practice. We did also give you the option of a full refund so that you could place a new order for the items to be delivered next day if required urgently, I can see that collection was successful and the query has now been resolved.
