We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you paid for next day delivery and needed the items urgently. We are also very sorry that you did not receive a response to your previous emails, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing the issue regarding the reported delivery attempts to our attention. We take this matter seriously and will be raising it directly with DPD for further investigation.

With regard to tracking, your order was delivered using our own van service, which at present does not offer live tracking facilities. However, this is something we’re currently looking into as part of our ongoing improvements.
