Hi Sue, huge apologies that you didn’t receive the order as expected. There was a stock discrepancy on the items ordered which was an error our supplier’s end. My colleague did explain what had occurred and apologised multiple times during the call, she did of course offer a full refund for the order if you didn't want to keep it on backorder and was very polite in doing so. After this there was nothing further that could have been done or said to which you started to make personal remarks that were unkind and untrue, this is when she informed you that she was going to terminate the call. You have now been fully refunded for the order as promised.
