I suggest that someone from Anglo Wesh tries staying on this boat on a cold night and sees what the problem is rather than writing platitudes.

Excellent cruising on the LLangollen canal.
Everything was great. The scheduling went smoothly, the boat was great, and the staff at the marina were very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and a wonderful holiday.
