Poor, but caught up in a contract.....
I usually have to chase my paperwork, chase confirmation of inspections or renewal of contract. Emails are rarely replied to quickly, if at all.

A closer attention to landlords needs would mark an improvement... handling applicants across two different offices also creates unnecessary delays and miscommunication...
