I am sorry that you had this experience. In fact we were let down by our hotel suppliers only 2 days before this tour commenced and had to find an alternative solution with very little notice and at the busiest time of the season and this was the reason that you were only informed on the first day of the tour. We regret that because of this, things did not go according to plan but are very pleased that you enjoyed the other elements of the trip.
