Booking made simple.
It’s was just a very easy on line booking process. Once we had deceived what we wanted it took no longer than about 3 minutes to book.

Having had trouble with the online booking I rang to speak to a ‘human being’. As a retired trainer of customer service personnel the response from Alton Towers service is exemplary.
