Absolutely awful service. 'Next day delivery' items arrived either 10 days late or not at all, no explanation of why and appalling communication and service.

Every now and then there is one order where everything that can go wrong does despite the best efforts of those involved. Looking at the fairly extensive notes on your order file this was one of those orders. We are usually much better than this and please accept my heartfelt apologies that your order was not delivered as smoothly as it should have been. No excuses we made a mess of it.
