Hi,
I am sorry to learn that you have not received your order. The order was despatched on 29th April and I have tracked the order and this what Royal Mail has stated as below:
"This item is being returned to the sender because it's exceeded the holding period at a Royal Mail site. Service used: Royal Mail Parcels We hold on to items we've not been able to deliver, for 18 days. During this period we didn't receive any redelivery or collection instructions from the intended recipient. So we've returned the item to the sender. Please contact the sender with any queries."
As soon as we receive the parcel we will refund you the money.
