Hi,
Thank you for your comments. Your order was despatched to you on 8th June 2020, with Royal Mail, 2nd Class post, we have tracked your order and it was delivered to your address on Friday 12th June 2020 at 11.11am. In our despatch emails we do mention that it may take up to 14 days as that is in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines but 99% of the time customers receive their orders in the 2 to 4 working days.
