Good morning,
I am sorry to hear that the stock we sent you was out of date. We had only received it from our wholesaler a couple of weeks beforehand so we did not expect it to be out of date. We have spoken to another wholesaler and they are going to send us some more stock but that will not arrive before the 16th.
Therefore, we can either send you replacement stock for your out of date items when the new stock arrives or we could refund you for the stock you could not use as well as the postage as a measure of apology. I am also afraid to say that we didn’t get your original email so we will investigate that too.
Once again I would like to apologise for the problem with your order and I hope to hear from you soon.

Have received replacement tissues with a long sell buy date and some hand sanitiser gel thank you, and would like to thank Allcures for resolving this matter for me, given the service I have now received I would happily order from Allcures again and recommend them.
