Good afternoon, Thank you very much for speaking to me earlier. I just wanted to clarify our delivery procedure for priority deliveries. For orders placed before 12pm on a weekday, we will despatch the order the same day for delivery the next working day. Unfortunately, this means that priority orders orders placed between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Friday will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. The reason we have the 12pm cut off for priority deliveries is to give us a chance to pack the order before our courier arrives. With regards to the delivery date, our courier cannot deliver at weekends and although there was a chance Royal Mail could have delivered your item on Saturday, there was no guarantee. Therefore, we took the decision to send your order by courier and ensure delivery on the Monday. I hope this has cleared things up and I look forward to hearing from you again. Regards Allcures
