Thanks for taking my call a second ago. I wanted to take
this chance to apologise again for the delay in your order. You placed your
order on a Saturday night and we despatched in by courier on Monday for
delivery next day. 

 

Regrettably, it looks like the courier lost the parcel for a
day and therefore it did not go out for despatch until Wednesday which was the
day you received your order.
