Thank you for taking the time to place an order with Allcures’ eBay store and thank you for also taking the time to leave some feedback with Feefo. I am just writing with regards to the feedback you left.

In your feedback, you said you paid almost double the price you would pay at Boots. However, when we have checked this, Boots is actually marginally more expensive than we are when it comes to this item. When you take into account P&P, for which Boots is slightly cheaper compared to us, the difference would still only be 24p in Boot’s favour.

We are also selling this item at a large discount. The SRP for this item is £6.99 and we were charging £4.65, a discount of about 33%. So while we may have been marginally more expensive than Boots, we are not selling this item at an inflated price and saying it is almost double the price is a little tough.

Bearing this in mind, would it be possible for you to review your feedback? We take our feedback very seriously, and where something does go wrong, we work hard to resolve the issue and try to make sure the customer leaves with a positive experience.
