How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Great value product

Lots of choices out there but this matched the competitions spec at the best value price. Together with exceptionally quick delivery deservedly merits 5 stars. Thank you.

Good Afternoon Hatim Firstly, please accept my apologies for receiving a product that had been opened. At Alert Electrical, we only supply new, unused items and we will investigate with the warehouse and manufacture to determine why this product had been opened. We would be more than happy to replace this unit for you if you feel it necessary but please rest assured that if there was any issue with the product that it would be covered by the Lutec 2 year warranty and would be replaced for you. Kind Regards
