How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Further to our conversation this morning, we are unable to supply the panel with words on the outside instead of symbols. This is down to the suppliers regulations and runs in compliance with EU regulations. We also understand that you did not intend to put the service score down just the product score, many thanks for letting us know that you were in fact happy with our service. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01158 240259. Kind Regards Debbie Jones
