The order was made in October and has only just arrived. The item is no longer required so it would have been better to have been given the option to cancel and get money back after four months!

I bought Kerlix, as the NHS district nurses could not get through the chemist, they were having problems with supplier... Very swift delivery and good price.

They forgot to add the other half of the order and ridiculous packaging
