Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on the products you have ordered, and I am very sorry to hear that these items weren't what you were expecting. The washable range that we sell are designed for low levels of incontinence as they can not contain the highly absorbent pad due to the fact they are very much like normal cotton briefs. when they arrived they were like cardboard, hard, brittle, , elastic in waist and legs too thin, not tight enough, I would stock up on these if they were more softer, with better tighter elastics, too lose around waist and legs.
