Left this item off the origional delivery and then didn't deliver it when they said they woukld the second time. Awful service - will never use again!!!!!

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback on our website. I am really sorry to hear that you did not receive the item the second time that it was sent. It is very unusual that we have picking errors in our warehouse and also rare that our parcels are not delivered on the next day service that we advertise as 98.7% of orders meet this deadline.
