Order itself excellent, but delivery bad: package left in the entrance foyer of the block of flats rather than carried up the three flights to my father's front door.

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery service you received. It is highly unusual that packages are not delivered correctly. We have a Safe Drop policy with our couriers which allows parcels to be delivered without a signature, making delivery more convenient. However, I will pass your comments on to the courier company as this order was not left directly outside the correct property. Please accept out apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The service is excellent but I would suggest that a more straightforward method of registering for the VAT discount at every puchase could be considered.
