I did try to call but unfortunately, there was no answer.
I'm sorry to hear about the lumps in the product I will have this passed over to Tena themselves, it sounds like due to the position the pull-up isn't absorbing the urine as it should, we would always recommend booster pads instead of pads with an adhesive strip, I'll send the name over for you now ( Attends Deoplus Insert Pad ) as they are designed to fit inside pull up pants, also I appreciate your feedback on the dry wipes they are produced square shape to cover large areas and to stop the waste of product when in production
