I feel I cannot rate five stars as I still waiting for Planholder's pack to arrive, but easy to take out. Until I receive this pack I don't feel I can complete this review.
Website informative. Happy with choice. Deducted one star as thought I'd have received paper version of plan by now and would have preferred a 6 month payment plan.
Excellent service and information on the phone. The sales(?) team was professional and polite and answered all my questions in full, making a decision about choosing the right plan easy.
